We have a customer with an IP Office who needs an emergency notificaton system to be OSHA compliant. They need to be able to play a pre-recorded message to all phones that will automatically answer and also interrupt current calls if any.

My first thought was to setup a Post Dial in VMPro that will ring a hunt group containing all the users with the recorded message. I would then set the hunt group to use the hands-free auto answer function, but after researching it looks like that is not possible with that function.

Any ideas as to how I can accomplish this? Thanks.

It's not gonna happen. No viable way to interrupt ongoing calls. I wouldn't run any life-safety solution thru IP Office as it's simply not certified for it.

Indeed, sounds like you need a certified evac system with redundancy etc, that's not an IP Office unfortunately :)
