We are having a lot of trouble with this and while I am sure it's originating from the NICs on the PC's, I need to temporary fix for blocking it on the network. The broadcasts are causing issues with teh VOIP phones and other applications. We have rate limiting enabled on the switches and on the core routers.

I found a way to create the filter.

qos ip-acl name Testv6 addr-type ipv6 drop-action enable

qos ip-acl name Testv4 addr-type ipv4 drop-action disable
