I need to build an ACD for 4 Reservations agents at our hotel. I'm doing it as a contingency plan to be used for only a day or so. I have never done it. I have only set up an ACD voice mailbox. How hard would it be for me to try to figure out how to do this by myself. Basically an 800 needs to route to our DID and ring at these 4 agents digital phones.
