Probably staring me in the face, but I can't get the regular IPO out of my head, basically I want this R7 Partner version to simply act like the old ACS.

Day, 4 rings, day greeting

When Night button is on: Night 2 rings, night greeting.

Here's what I did:

1. Under AA checked off Follow night service

2. Copied morning selector codes to all menus, in my case they are the same.

3. Under trunks, I have lines 1-4 all set to always, day 4 rings, night 2 rings.

My 2 questions are:

a. What number do I dial for the day greeting (7811,7821,7831,or 7851)

b. What number do I dial for the night greeting (7811,7821,7831,or 7851)

I don't care about time profiles, morning, afternoon, evening. I just want a day greeting and night greeting. i just want the night greeting to come on when they press the Night Button. It just has to act like the old partner.

Thanks

Night greeting is 7851 (out of office hours). As far as the day greeting, I usually change the time profile for the morning greeting to 12:00am to 11:59pm, then on the right side check morning greeting profile and uncheck the others. Record your greeting under 7811 and you should be good. It will play the morning greeting (day) unless you press the night button. It will then play the out of office hours greeting.
