Setting up AA for blind trxfr

i have a MM 2.0. my users would like an option to blind transfer a call into another users mailbox without the phone ringing. i suggested setting up an AA & have the menu options set up similar to dial by extension. i am having an issue though.

has anyone set this up before??

The better option would be to use a "menu with mailbox" caller application. Callers would hit that caller app then enter the desired mailbox destination, then complete the transfer.
