Setting Up a Wireless Soloution ?

Hi,

We are concidering adding a wireless G network to our existing hard wired network in the near future.
The clients who will be using this the most will be external clients coming in with thier laptops.
We are most worried about security and locking this down to who we want to access the network and who we dont.
How would we go about doing this?
We would like an access page of somekind related to the company before they can connect to the Web.

Surgestions?
