Setting Up a Voicemail destination from IVR

I have a UCx 4.5. When setting up the IVR Choice 7, which gives callers an Option to leave a Voicemail Directly, I create Option 7 and then Choose Voicemail for the Destination. For some reason, the GUI is only letting me choose Voicemail for one of the extensions on my system, 42008. I cannot choose any other extensions.

Are you wanting to leave voice mail directly for a DIFFERENT extension, or something else? Is the desired destination an actual extension or a virtual extension? That shouldn't matter, but just asking....

Need a little more info as to what you are doing or are desiring to do....
