Setting Up A Roll Out

What is the best way of setting up a rollout? e.g. I want to set up Office XP Pro so I can simply send it to clients on my W2K network rather than having to install it on each PC separately.

Do a admin install of the OfficeXP from the CD to the server (setup /a). Download ORK kit and create a MST transform file, allocate office xp out using group policies.
