Setting up a reocurrence to duplicate records

How can I set up a reocurring record. Example. We set appointments to pick up clients. Some clients need to be picked up every Monday - Friday some every Monday. Instead of having to enter each one multiple times, I would like to have a field the is reocurring every: ______ and another field that says until date: __/__/__.
