setting up a queue?

How would a simple queue system work? So, we've got a vector setup that brings people in a choice menu ( they press 9, they get connected to the reception desk. At the moment, if there's more than 2 callers, the caller who's waiting, hears nothing. This is of course not good.

We have a recorded announcement (3005) saying that the line is occupied at the moment, but somebody will help them soon.
I would like that when people press 9, they get routed to another vector/hunt group that would at first let them hear the message (3005), after the message a ringtone, and every 15 seconds of ringtone, the message (3005) again, untill they are connected to the reception (6565)

Now I am fairly new at this, so...not too much technical language please :p
 
There's plenty of good examples in here:

It's be like "collect 1 digit after announcement 1000" where 1000 is your welcome message
go to step 20 if digits = 9
then you start your flow at step 20, queue to whatever, wait 15 seconds hearing music, etc
