I'm trying to set up a Linux server to receive print jobs via LPD and leave them in a spool directory for later processing. The goal is for a Unix computer to print a job, the Linux server receives it and keeps it.

I'm not finding too much documentation or examples on setting up the print server. Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

You can try to use CUPS from Linux.
A lot of document about CUPS.You can search from internet.
You can configure your printer from web browser IP address:631/admin/
Maybe you need it.

Thank you. I just downloaded and installed it, and it looks like it will do exactly what I want!
