Hi there,

I made a post yesterday in the XP forum, they said I might have more luck here.

thread779-1164732

The general gist of what I'm doing is: I'm printing multiple documents at intermittent time periods, and as a result, when I go to pick them up from the printer (Xerox workcenter pro 55), they're all shuffled inbetween documents other coworkers have printed. Is there a way to put my documents into my print spooler, but, have them not start printing until I say so? That way I can select to print the documents I'd like, then, print them all at once.

You might try 'pausing' the print jobs in the printer queue if you're quick enough. Not certain if this will impact the other users, I think not.

click on properties and click on the drop down box for print type> instead of normal job, choose "secure print" then "set-up" and enter a secure code.
Print the job> go to the print and choose printer> secure job> and enter the code, the job will print out.
The wording for this procedure may not be exact because I havent seen one for a while but remember the procedure.
