Wondered if anyone can help? I have a pix 501 at a clients site and need to tunnel a VPN through another company's firewall. What port do I ask the 3rd party company to enable, in order to let me through their Firewall.

Was told that the port was Port 62 from the 3rd party consultancy, I later found there is no port 62?

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Regards

HI.

The pix should have a registered IP address on its outside interface, or instead, the 3rd party firewall should be configured with static nat for the pix.
In addition, open the following in both directions between the pix and the VPN server:
UDP port 500
ESP protocol (IP protocol 50).

Bye
