setting up a pick up group

I need to set up a pick up group for a Merlin Legend.

Ext. 14,17,18, and 20 need to be able to have ext. 22 ring on their phones. Currently 14 rings on all their phones but they gave that ext to a user. So now I also need to remove 14 from these ext.

How is extension 14 setup to ring on their phones? Do they have a "cover" button for extension 14?

I believe so. I'm not at that site, I have to dial in.

You need to swap extension 22 for extension 14 on their cover button for extension 14.

You will have to do it through centralized programming - or call them and walk one of them through the process - since you may not know which button is programmed as the cover button on each phone - they may be different.

Or print out the information for each of the extensions - so you can see which button is the cover button for 14 and reprogram it to be for extension 22.

Primary Cover - *40 + sender’s extension number
Secondary Cover - *41 + sender’s extension number
Group Cover - *42 + sender’s group number

Coverage VMS Off - *46 (outside calls only)
