Setting up a night line so it rings everywhere

Hi,

As a newbie in phone programming and administration, I need help to solve this question :

I need a way, when AA is active at night, for my alarm company to be able to call on site if the alarm goes on, so it can contact, for example, the people who cleans our office. What i would like to do is to set either one of our 7 phone numbers or an extension number that, when called after our office is closed, will ring (ideally) on every desk until answered.

Is it faisible ?

What is your system configuration?

There are several ways that you can do it. Like ARR said, it would be helpful to know a bit more about your system.
You could set up a Ringing service mode. Select one of your upper lines and not have your AA answer it, then assign that line to a ringing group with all sets assigned.
However, if any of the sets are forwarded to V-mail, that is not going to keep ringing until answered.
You could ring a night ringer, then use a Group Pick-up button.
Actually, a lot of ways to do it. Just depends on what you have in place.
