Hi,

I running Call Manager 3.3 and Unity Voice system. I am reorganizing the call routing within our Mental Health Facility. When a client call he will have a choice of 4 options.

Press 1 If you are not an active client.
Press 2 If you are an active client.
Press 3 For other options.
If you know your parties extension you may dial it at any time.

If a client presses 1 he will transfered to our LME Greeting . ( Call Handler already in existance)

If a client presses 2 he should be transfered to a call or directory handler that will list the 13 locations that we provide services to choose from.( I do not have a good idea how to do this effeciently)

If a client presses 3 he should be transfered to a Others Call handler which list the Admin Call Handler, Business Office, Human Resources and IT. ( I need help with this also )

I need point in the right direction.

In the first Call handler, go to the Caller Input page. Click on '1' on the dial pad and select the Send Caller to radio button. Pull down on the menu and select 'Call Handler'. Click on the Select Call handler button and search for the CallHandler you want it to go to. Repeat for the 3 options selecting Directory Handler for Option 2. For option 3 build a new CH and repeat the same process except pick 'Subscriber' instead of Call handler. Search for the Subscriber you want and select 'Attempt Transfer for' to ring the phone. Whatever phone you send it to MUST have a Unity Mailbox or you won't find it.
