I'm trying to set up a 5215 phone. I'm plugging in to an untagged port on the switch, where it picks up an ip address okay on dhcp.
It then asks "use super key to enter pin". If I just press the super key then it just says "registering" forever, and ever and never moves on.
I don't know what code it is asking for but I've tried the admin pin and all the usual suspects.
Any ideas?
Thanks

There is a set registration code ( along with a set replacement code ) befined in the system options form. Many systems use *** as the default so try *** then the extension number programmed in the system and finally the superkey.

If that doesn't work you need to find out the set registration code.

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.
