Hi everybody: Trying to set up this doorphone with the system. There were few models that worked with the UCx, but this one was tested and works without an issue.
The pre-configuration done on the UCx had the doorphone's extension set up as a Generic Nortel Device with a setting of Analog. Since this is a SIP doorphone, I'm not sure why it was set up as a Nortel/Analog and not a SIP device. I played around a little, entering in the doorphone's MAC address, but it didn't work.
If anybody has set one of these up, would you mind posting your SIP settings in your 2N Helios and the device configuration for the UCx? I'd be grateful!
