Setting up 6120 on a CS1000E

I have gone through the process of adding new WLAN sets. The phones work fine, they can make and receive calls. The problem is when I add a second DN on the 6120, to match what the customer already has on their 1220/1230, it will ring but I cannot answer. I am also using SRG at the individual locations, so I just can't add the WLAN as the same DN. The SRG will not register the 6120 using same DN. Hope I made sense.
