Hi,

This is a carry over from thread thread798-1732072 and I initiated a new one to help others seeking the same answer. The title of the previous thread mentions M3903, but this new question is specific to analog stations.

There is a need to set up 4 analog lines built as 500's in Option81 in hunt fashion that will terminate on a 4-line phone. SCR DN 8401, then 8402, 8403, 8404 and if all lines are busy, then 5th call should roll-over to digital M3903 with MCR 8437. Please provide as much helpful detail as I'm fairly new to in-depth Option81 stuff.

Thank you!

when you create the 4 analog make the fdn and hunt the next extension on on the 4th set it to the 8437

so basically
8401 hunts and forwards to 8402
8402 hunts and forwards to 8403
8403 hunts and forwards to 8404
8404 hunts and forwards to 8437

so I came across a Caller ID issue... the primary analog SCR DN 8401 (corresponding to DID xxx-xxx-8401) will be used on the 4 line phone... now an example for the roll-over lines 2, 3, 4 (non-DID) DNs 2402, 2403, 2404 will be used. During an outbound test call using 1 of the non-DID DNs the incorrect Caller ID went out...

Can the Outbound Caller ID be changed for each of these DNs assigned as SCRs on analog TNs? if so, please provide some detailed guidance on how to configure the 500 analog TN. The outbound Caller ID should be set to the Outbound Caller ID matching the primary DN corresponding to xxx-xxx-8401 so that called parties can always return the call.

Thank you in advance!
