SETTING UP 3000 EXTENSIONS

I AM TRYING TO ADD NEW PHONES WITH 3000 EXTENSIONS AND MY PHONE SYSTEM WILL NOT LET ME ADD THEM. WHEN I TRY TO ADD THEM, I GET THE ERROR MESSAGE "SCH0371 SHORTER DIRECTORY NUMBER ALREADY EXISTS". WE JUST GOT THESE NEW EXTENSIONS, ALL OF THE OTHER ONES WE HAVE ARE 7000. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Probably the range is used for something else like access codes or something
go to ld 20 and print 3 as a dnb and see what shows up

I did the ld 20 and nothing is showing up.

GO TO LD 20 AND DO A PRT THEN TYPE WILL BE LUDN THIS WILL PRINT ALL UNUSED DN'S, THEN LOOK AROUND THE 30 OR 300 RANGE BECAUSE THAT'S WHERE YOU FIND IT
