setting up 0 to go to switch board

here my question, i have a CS1K 5.5 when the system was setup we didnt require that from any phone when you press 0 , that it need to go to our switch board.

but now i need to set this up how do i going about this ??
i have the zero out setup in our voicemail which is exchange 2007 .

It's in LD 15/21 ATT_DATA - it's your ATDN

Then you need to have 2250 consoles built in LD 12.

If you don't have any consoles, and you want it to go to a phone, then set your NIT1 DN in NIT_DATA (LD 15/21) to be the DN you want "zero" to go to.
