We've got a printer in a remote office and users tell me that if tray one is empty, it uses tray 3, if that's empty it uses tray 2. They want the order to go 1, 2, 3 instead. I know very little about these printers, is there a way to change the "order". Or even to select the tray when sending a job to the printer? I don't have access to the hardware as it's in a remote office, but if necessary I could get a user to look at a certain hardware setting if necessary.
any help would be appreciated
