Setting Traffic Reports and changing tty port

I would like to have my traffic reports be captured to a file on my PC (I do not have CDR).

A: Which command is it to view what traffic reports are on?
B: How do I change where the CDR is being sent to? I would like to send it to my TTY port of 3.

the software protion of the cdr post is correct, traffic commands are not cdr reports and are sch in ld 2, and sent to tty's with trf as user
