I have a nortel system and I have copied a profile from one phone when a caller calls in from outside the call goes to both extensions How do I set the other phone ID

When you copied the profile from one set to another, the Line Assignment was also copied. If you have a DID & Target line assigned to the source set, it is now also on the new set.
Go to Line assignment for the 2nd phone and remove the existing target line and program a new target line with DID info for it.
