I have an Access 2000 database that is stored on a server. When it is updated there is a utility that tell users who then copy it to their local machines and run the app from their C:\Program Files folder.

This has been working fine for a long while.
Until this week one user gets a new PC running Office2003 on WindozXP.

Now, when she tries to print one of the many reports it is defaulting to Letter size instead of A4.

The problem does not occur with Word or Excel on this machine so I'm assuming that this a problem with the instalation and setup of Access2003; or is it a WindozXP setting ?

What is the fix ?

Remove the NOJUNK to use.

I'd start by checking the default paper size settings on the printer install, to be honest.

If that doesn't help, searach Access VBA help for PrtDevMode - this will show you how to set paper size, and lots more besides, in your db code.

Thanks mp9 but the printer settings themselves clearly show them to be set up for A4 paper size.

I know there has been a long standing bug in Access whereby it can and often does revert to the standard margin sizes if you edit a report - I wonder if A2003 has added another problem to that mix too.
