Setting the Back Ground Pic in FP 2003

A friend of mine setup a friends web site using FP2000, he had setup the page back ground image (accual image size 800X600)so that it would fill the page completely, no matter what a persons screen resilution of size was set at.

Now I've done some work on the web site using FP2003, and since saving the page the back ground picture doesn't work right now. If you view it with a computers screen resilution set at 1024X768 there is a white space to the right.

Does anyone know how to use this function in FP2003. so that no matter what a persons screen resilution is the back ground picture will fill the whole screen?

Well a background image was not made to stretch. It never did stretch actually. Can you provide the code that is being used or the URL?
