Setting TCP keepalive option from XTI t_optmgmt function.

Using XTI t_optmgmt function to negotiate keepalive for TCP.
After call to t_optmgmt which returns zero, I check the status of the opt struct of the returned structure - the value is 0x4000.
I can't find this anywhare in the XTI specs or in xti.h
Does anyone know:
1) what this value means?
2) is the status of the returned structure valid?
