ok here's the deal i have an oki data 320 ML tractor feed printer.
we use an access app to print out receipts for our transactions. but i only need the form to be 5.5"
i have tried many things to only print to 5.5" but to no luck it will always feed a whole sheet of paper thru the printer.
i have setup a 8.5"x5.5" form in the prints section on the computer.
i have set the bottom margin to 6.5" on the report(stupid i know but i had to try)
i have set the form size on the printer to 5.5" but it will still get a whole sheet.
i have tried other items but i don't quite remember them all off the top of my head.
Has anyone had this problem before or does anyone know of a way to get access to do this.
i do have crystal reports but i have never used it before but am willing to learn to solve this problem.(if needed)
