Setting roles and rights for UserGroups in CrystalReport

In the Crsytal Management Console , we have Options to create UserGroups and Users.A new User can be created under the UserGroup .
I have created a NewUserGroup and i have added a user in that Group.Iam able to add roles and rights to the User.
My question is as follows:
if i have number of users belonging to a particular UserGroup,I need to create roles and rights for each user.
Instead of creating rights and roles for each User,roles can be created for the UserGroup.
In that case how can we create roles and rights for a UserGroup
Any Idea how to Create roles and rights for UserGroup
