Setting RemoteApp permissions

I have just set up a new 2008 server with Terminal Services. I would like to use RemoteApp and TS Web Access with a view to replacing Citrix. From what I can see, I will be able to do this, but there's one thing I can't figure out how to do.

In Citrix, I can configure permissions for each published application differently on a single server. The result would be that certain user groups in Active Directory would have access to certain published apps, but not others.

Can anyone tell me how to configure permissions on RemoteApps so that users will only see what they have access to in TS Web Access?
