Setting RC5 on server

I know that the client end can choose to connect via RC5, but is there a setting on the Citrix Server to only allow RC5 encryption from the clients? The problem is most individuals are choosing the 40-bit encryption and we need to have it so that they have no choice but to use the 128-bit encryption. Any help would be appreciated. I've tried to find it within the forum, but can't seem to locate it, so if it has already been asked and answered I apologize for re-hashing it.
