Make your printer settings by hand.
Make sure that in layout mode no field comes further than the dotted line who mark the end of the page.
Maybe you have to re-adjust the body.
You have to take into account the header and footer.
Make sure to activate the Object Size feature in layout mode and see where the 'lowest' point is for one page.
Adjust that if necessary.
