Is there a way to set the paper orientation in code before a report prints? I have set it using the Page Setup, but every time I leave and then return to the database it reverts back. My user is unfamiliar with Page Setup and I need this to be as painless for them as possible.

Also, I'm new to programming Access so I need it to be simple for me as well.

Thank you
Sharon

You should be able to retain the settings by either getting and installing Service Pack 2 or by opening the database and going to Tools...Options..General and unselecting any box that are checked in the Name Auto Correct section. This is what causes your Landscape settings to revert back to Portrait.
