setting operator to call zero 1

hi,
can anyone please tell me how to set operator to zero
calling from different extension to DTP dial zero
okay panasonic pbx 100 and DTP tx-543 and slt telephone
i don't know it is on 101 extension

Operator and music on hold
Set day,night,lunch,break mode extension number here
Then dialling 0 will call that Phone

Default is 101/201 depending on dial plan

When i dial zero from slt single line telephone to dtp there is simething engageged ring or empty extension

sir if installing new system tda-100 with kxtda543 as operator what are the main setting we have to do bcz Panasonic are not supporting us
or just change the extension number according to room number

but beginners in Panasonic
it is like intercom
i mean like hotels
one operator on the reception and rooms like 101 102 103 201 203 401........etc
one pbx tda100 with 2 24 port analogue card with 1 main cpu
i'm stuck that i connot configured room 501 502 503 i mean 401 402 i can onfigure but not 501 502
i'm stuck i cannot configure operator to extension 0

500 numbers are not set as extensions by default, they are message codes. you can change it but you will need the programming tool

you would be better getting a trained tech in to get it running

Right. You may need the programming tool to configure dial 0 for operator and set you operator individual/group extension
