setting number of rings to access users voicemail

Hello All

My quesion, After the company greeting a user presses an extension my system takes about 8 rings before voicemail picks up. How can i fix this?

To change the number of times a phone rings before going to voicemail, press:
FEATURE,
0,
0,
SYSTEM PROGRAM,
SYSTEM PROGRAM,
#,
3,
2,
1
(make sure you are doing this from ext. 10 or 11)
Enter the extension number you want to adjust.
Press NEXT DATA or PREVIOUS DATA to change the number of rings.
