Setting number of rings before automated attendant picks up

I have a front desk person who is frequently out of the office so I would like to set the number of rings before the automated attendant picks up to 3 (it is currently set at 6 rings) when she is not around.

Also, I would like to have the number amount of rings to be 4 before the automated attendant picks up when she is in the office.

We have an Avaya Partner ACS R7 with partner messaging system.

Can you uplease help as I have been trying to get this set up both through the phones and through the Partner ACS PC administration.

You control the number of rings before the Auto Attendant picks up with #506-(1=Day Mode/2=Night Mode)-(Line Number)-(Number of Rings from 0 to 6)

Add a Night Service button to Ext. 10 to toggle between the two modes

Set the schedule to follow the weekly business schedule, so the button will only affect the number of rings before answer, while the time-of-day/day-of-week will control which message answers.
