setting Netscape mime type??

hiya

I've installed red Hat 7.0 and love it!
I've just installed Netscape 6.1 and I have only two problems with it.

Firstly, how do I declare it as THE explorer I wish to open when I open a .html file? I know where to go to do this (GNOME config> mime types) but what is the syntax to set it?

Also when I've done that, how do I uninstall Netscape 4.5? I have no use for it now.

Hi,

On the second one...

do 'rpm -qa | grep netscape'
& then

rpm -e netscape-communicator
rpm -e netscape-common

etc... (for all rpm names returned by the query) You may have to remove them in a particular order
