I'd like to setup NAT (Network Address Translation) for
my private network to be visible to the internet via
PC with Win2k server, which is connected dial-up to
my ISP. There is static IP, public on assigned on the
dial adapter, NIC is assigned private 192.168.0.1 and
there are several different nodes (PCs, dedicated terminal servers, microVAX machine) assigned 192.168.0.xxx ipaddress.
I tried to setup RRAS with NAT but I have no experience
to set it up. Any examples, ideas... ?
In the Windows Help there are not detailed examples.
Also when I try to set NAT from the command prompt it
says that NAT isn't installed, but from service Routing
and RAS windows it seems o.k.

Tihs is off the top of my head, but I think it's right. Open RRAS->expand IP routing-> right-click general-> new routing protocol. Then add NAT. You should get the different adapters and whether its connected to a LAN or public (internet). Good Luck and let us know how it goes! (Sorry if you've already tried this!) Matt Wray
