Hi

I have set up a multi-user calendar for users, and this is working well, however I cannot seem to change the default view to 7 or 31 days.

Despite changing the default views for both the user and the multi-user calendar, when accessing this calendar, the view is always of one day only.

Can anyone tell me how I can ensure that users accessing the multi-user calendar will always see 7 or 31 days at a time?

Using GW 6.5

Thanks

I don't think it works that way. I believe you'll find that for a multiuser view, you'll only get a single day displayed no matter what.

Look at the calendar display for a single user - say the week or month view - it is difficult to imagine how multiple user schedules would be displayed in those views.

Having said that, I also have never used v6.5. But unless the views are really different from v6.0, I don't think Novell envisions a multi-day,multi-user view in GroupWise.

I've not seen GW6.5, but in versions through v6.0 there was not a way to set a multi-day, multi-user view. Looking at the week and months views, it is difficult to imagine how one would present multiple user schedules in a week or month view the way these views appear in the GW product.

Unless v6.5 views are very different, I'm guessing Novell does not envision a multiuser, multiday calendar view.

Sorry about the double posting - the site or my computer was doing something quirky when I tried to post the first one and it didn't look like it posted. Weird....

Ok 1oldfoxman, thanks for the advice.
