I am trying to register my mobile app. It's set up with a Zhang account and the API key. When I enter my email it asks for extension and password but gets an error about no VoIP possible and I don't think it's able to talk to the avaya. Any help please?

its strange as we had a broadband router, with mobile ix working, we ceased the broadband and moved the router to a new broadband so all the rules are still present on the router, but it now doesnt connect.
We didnt have a certificate previously..
Connect with email, and then the users extension / password. so the app talks to zang as it gets to the extension number and password bit, then when logged in it doesnt have voip and doesnt seem to correctly connect to the avaya
