setting margins and bleeds, I'm lost, help!!!!!!

Full Page-7.25W x 10H (COLOR)
(Trim: 8-1/2 x 10-7/8
Full Bleed: 8-3/4 x 11-1/8)


These were the specs given, how do I apply them to the page document?

In the file menu, go to Document Setup. Put the trim measurements in the Width and Height boxes. Next, click the More Options Tab and enter the amount of bleed you want. For the full page, go to the Layout menu and select margins and columns. This will allow you to inset the margins for the correct full page size.
