Setting Icon to Point .mdb to Access 2010

I am working on a Windows 7 OS trying to create an icon to start our software. The software is in an .mdb file. In order to tell the computer what program to use for an .mdb file I need to find the program (MS Access 2010) to use. I can't find the Access.exe file. I tried looking in the Access icon, but it just points to "Access 2010".

Where on a Win 7 OS does it put Access.exe, or whatever the executable for Access is?

I would expect something like the following which is Office 2007:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12
