Problem
I want to set our intranet computers"120" of them with our intranets homepage.
I hear you say easy go into options and change it OR write a script that lets users click on it and it says "are you sure you want to make "BLARBLARBALR" your home page...
Well i need to set every computer with the homepage without asking the question and without going into IE options.
We are try to stop our people changing their homepage ....
Any ideas Anyone

Have you tried the Internet Explorer Admimistrators Kit (IEAK). I haven't explored it in depth, but it may help.

Hey I don't claim to have all the answers but maybe I can direct you to a place that does:

1) You can never keep the man down. No matter what you do he will find a way around it.

2) Setting the homepage thing sounds like a better question to post in the javascript forum because that will definitely be a client-side action.

3) Keeping the user from changing settings on their machine is a question you should post in the General Security or Windows forums. Find out how other people are locking down workstations and see what will work for you. Just remember to always refer back to number 1. Wushutwist

Thanks for the advice I my self know that is true but most of the users in our office dont There is one or two maybe and there will always be the few you cant keep down...
