Hi,

I would appreciate any help as I'm in desperate need.

I have a web project which has different billable individual segments: Programming, Graphic Design, Usability, Testing and Content Acquisition.

Each segment(Programming, Graphic Design, Usability, Testing) is waiting on "Content Acquisition" to start/move timeline and billing. If "Content Acquisition" changes deliver date from Jan 1, 2010 to March 1, 2010... I want all the other segments (Programming, Graphic Design, Usability, Testing) to auto-update the resulting timeline (i.e. they get delayed by 3 months too). How do I go about setting hierarchy for "Content Acquisition"?

I really appreciate any help you can provide, thanks in advance!

I'm afraid that what you're asking for is just about impossible. There's no way for Project to know that delaying a task ("Content Acquisition") by two months (From January 1 to March 1) will cause the other tasks to be delayed, as you say, by three months.
