Setting Greetings on Visual Voicemail

Hi!

One of our customers would like to have everything in the visual voicemail of their AVAYA 9620. The main problem is that they want to set the greeting one or greeting two of their personal voice mails trough the visual voicemail. when you check the menu doesn't show you the option of greeting one or two. just one personal voicemail but when you get voicemail settings trough shortcode and set it up there you can set and record all the greetings. Is there anyway to do that?? They have and avaya IP Office 7.0 (31) with VM pro.

Visual Voice has only access to greeting 1, no options otherwise

So, is there any other way to set up this in a quick way?? some button programming?

No. Just have the users log into their mailbox with *17, and setup their personal greetings, 3, then 1 (i think)
