I am making GUI screens for COBOL programs and I need to make it so when a check box is checked ,lets call it Cb-1, the cursor moves to a text box or entry field, Ef-1. Any help would be great.

I am not sure, but you might see if there is something like 'SetFocus' for the Ef-1 text box.

Hello afri6503. You can assign to Ef-1, in the SCREEN SECTION, an ID (i.e. ID = 102). Well, when you click on check box, go out from accept, set CONTROL-ID to 102 and ACCEPT-CTR to 4 (these belong to screen-control structure defined in SPECIAL-NAMES area) and go into accept again. It would run. Let me know. Bye. Roberto
