Setting Exchange Mailboxes Limits

Hi,
i have an exchange 5.5 with 1600+ mailboxes.

I have to reset to a new value the following parameters:
- Information store storage limits
- Messages sizes (outgoing/incoming)

Does anyone know how to script this ? I'm not able to immagine how to do manually this work.
