Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to have one of the Switchboard DSS console keys program to ring to an outside number. I know command code to use but when I enter the number I get invalid data error. I'm assuming because it's looking for the number I entered in a pool of all of our extensions and since it can't find that it just gives me an error. Is there anyway around this?

thanks in advance,

Skylar

@belevedere,

2000 IVS/IVS2/IPS. I believe. I use Matworx to program the phones from the MOC terminal.

It would have to be programmed as an add-on module and not a DSS/BLF. Add-on modules extend the buttons on the associated station. Then program speed dial memory to the associated station, then program a speed dial buffer to a button.
