Hi, I am working with a client setting up a trunk to an avaya cm with ses.
When I dial into the SES i am passing in the number to be called but the display name is blank.
I beleive from reading the RFC's that display name is optional but the tech has asked that I populate this as when the SES passes the call to the CM it does not appear to be passing the number to dial!
I cant seem to find a setting/variable to set the display name for the TO: field.
Can anyone advise me how to do this?
